Happy Friday, and happy Halloween weekend! I just finished my card for the My Creative Time Design Team Call. You have until midnight PST tomorrow (Saturday) to get your project in! Good luck my treasured friends! I decided to create a Christmas card, since Christmas is just around the corner! ;)
Oh, how I love how these little elves turned out!! They're just sooo adorbs!! Gotta love that banner!!! ;)
Here's a peek of the sentiment inside:
Trail of Treasures:
- Card Base - 7 x 5" card cut from kraft coloured cardstock, added white stitching, and distressed with Tim Holtz Vintage Photo Distress Ink
- Card Layer - 6.45 x 4.75", patterned paper from My Mind's Eye O Christmas Tree collection
- Banner - used My Creative Time's Build a Banner Kit; circle and banner shape cut in kraft cardstock, and other shape cut from Authentique's Wonder Collection 6x6 Paper Pad. Twine from Timeless Twine - Olive Green and Cherry Red Twist
- Elves - cut from Jolly Holidays Cricut Lite Cartridge at 3", flipped one elf and inversed the colours for their outfits, added gold stickles to the elf shoes, and Crystal Accents to the eyes, faces from PK-482 Winder Wonderland Face Assortment
- Present - Jolie Sticker Embellishment: Christmas Presents Repeated
- Wood Floor - cut a 6.45 x 1.5" strip of brown cardstock, stamped with Market Street Stamp's Woodgrain background stamp
